the rooms are cute and very clean. the location its great for getting around. the staff always help you at the reception.
the entrance looks bad. the elevator is small and old. i think the breakfast is very poor, not good.

A good hotel. Certain problems.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to help us find restaurants that offered gluten-free options. The location is walkable to many of the area attractions.
The breakfast was not good. It was supposed to be delivered to my room, I called when it was late and it arrived later than expected. Pastries were dry. New towels were not provided and the coffee bar was not restocked.

the superior double room was super clean and well-kept. i found the bed linens to be of good quality. the hotel's proximity to several key attractions proved useful.
the elevator was quite small , only comfortably fitting one person with luggage.

great location beautiful design varied options
The location felt magical, nestled just off rue cambon. the hotel had such a beautiful design, a fresh mix of styles. breakfast was good. It had many options, not just croissant and coffee.
The elevator seemed quite small. I felt a bit cramped with my luggage.

The hotel features a small elevator. It provides access to all floors. the reception is staffed 24 hours, always available. a welcome glass of champagne awaits each guest upon arrival, such a nice gesture.

my room had a nespresso machine for daily coffee. a complimentary bottle of water was provided each day, very thoughtful. the bed felt very comfortable.
